Adolfo is a senior advisor in financial services & digital currencies at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Uruguay. Previously, he has been responsible for the monetary policy implementation and the payment system regulation and supervision at the Banco Central del Uruguay / Central Bank of Uruguay. He has been working as external advisor for the International Monetary Fund on CBDC projects.
